PROFESSIONAL TITLE AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATIONS
The legal professional title of tax consultant was conferred on the professional members of the companies in the Federal Republic of Germany. The profession of tax consultant is essentially subject to the following professional regulations:

  1. German Tax Consulting Act (StBerG)
  2. Implementing Ordiance to the Tax Consultancy Act (DVStB)
  3. Professional code of conduct of the Federal Chamber of Tax Consultants (BOStB)
  4. Ordiance on Tax Consultant Fees (StBGebV)

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
