One of the leading German newspapers, Handelsblatt, named BSP Berner Schaeffler & Partners one of the “Best Tax Consultants 2025”
On behalf of Handelsblatt, the Hamburg-based analysis institute SWI Finance surveyed more than 4,800 tax consulting and audit firms in Germany about their professional expertise. In addition to questions about digitalization, the survey focused on questions about expertise in the areas of international tax law and inheritance and gift tax.
The answers of the participating firms were evaluated by experts from the Institute using a detailed points system. Only tax consultancies that achieved at least 70 out of a possible 100 points were recognized. BSP Berner Schaeffler & Partners was one of 588 law firms to make it into the Handelsblatt ranking.
New membership in the Institute for Inheritance Law strengthens our advisory expertise in asset succession
The Institute for Inheritance Law is a Europe-wide association of specialists in the field of inheritance and inheritance tax law. The aim of the Institute for Inheritance Law is to offer professional advice to those seeking guidance on the settlement of estate cases and inheritance disputes as well as on estate planning.
In the area of inheritance tax and succession planning, we have been advising you for many years in cooperation with our broad network of specialist lawyers for inheritance law, commercial and corporate law on all topics relating to business succession as well as the private transfer of assets to the next generation. Furthermore, when it comes to international inheritance tax issues, we draw on a network of advisors abroad that we have built up over decades, for example in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and the United States.
